Robert D. Klingensmith, Esq.

Attorney Robert D. Klingensmith attended college at Penn State University where he graduated in 2008. He attended Duquesne University School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2012.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as Tipstaff to the Honorable Ronald W. Folino of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable W. Terrence O’Brien of the Allegheny Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division. 

Our clients benefit from Attorney Klingensmith’s lengthy experience with Consumer Law.  Attorney Klingensmith has litigated thousands of cases across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as Federal Court.  He also has raised many claims for violations creditors have made under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Attorney Klingensmith also has litigated various other cases for clients across the Commonwealth.  

When not working, Attorney Klingensmith enjoys traveling, golfing, and the outdoors. Attorney Klingensmith resides in Greensburg with his wife and dog. Attorney Klingensmith joined Harold Shepley & Associates in January of 2013.
